Welcome to PikChaBox! We’re excited to share with you what we can do to help build awareness around your brand. We’re a technology driven company, made up of a team of experts from Brand Strategist to Software Engineers. With over 7 years of experience helping businesses to successfully scale their brand online, we’re confident that we can do the same for you.

The PikChaBox Digital Solution doesn’t follow a one size fits all approach. We focus on finding and working only with what works or get the best results for your specific brand. 3 Steps to get you started right away.

We have a 3 step process to hep our Members decide if PikChaBox is a good fit for them. One of our Guides will be available to speak with you and answer any questions you may have. Some of our members prefer email, while others prefer to jump on a call or a quick Zoom meeting. Here’s a look at each step in our process and what to expect.

Discover

One of our Guides will meet with you to learn more about your brand, learn about your needs or any challenges you may have, as well as give you an opportunity to get to know us a little better. We strongly believe in applying in-depth research to challenge assumptions at every turn. This allows us to better understand your brand and the people you serve. At the end of the Discover phase you should be able to decide if The PikChaBox Team is the best fit for your brand.

The Proposal

You would’ve already spoken to your Guide about possible solutions for your brand. Based on your specific needs, and your current online standing, we’ll give you a detail outline of what we are prepared to do to help successfully grow your business. If you already have an online presence, a Digital Audit of your online presence will be done by your PikChaBox Guide. A Digital Audit is great way for us to better understand your audience, and will help us identify any areas that needs more attention or any opportunities we can take advantage of. New Members are paired with an Account Manager who’s responsibility is to ensure that we meet your objectives, keeping you updated every step of the way, allowing you to focus on the areas of your brand that needs your attention the most.

Day 1

Our team meets to discuss your marketing strategy – this usually lasts through out the day. Different team members such as Brand Strategist, Graphic Designers, Digital Marketing experts and Web Developers all contribute to the development of your online presence. We like to hit the ground running so to speak. We are results driven and aim to surpass the expectations of our Members. Your account manager will schedule their first meeting with you to discuss your marketing strategy in detail as well as discussing any expectations you may have.
