1. Introduction Welcome to the Pikchabox Partner Program. By participating in this program, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These are designed to ensure a fair, rewarding, and transparent environment for every partner.
2. Eligibility To be eligible for the Pikchabox Partner Program, participants must be 18 years of age or older and must agree to these terms. Pikchabox reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and may deny access to the program for any reason.
3. Commission Structure
- Direct Referrals: Partners will receive a 15% commission on sales from direct referrals who sign up for a paid Pikchabox plan.
- Onboarding Bonuses: Partners who actively participate in the onboarding of new clients will receive a 30% commission for these sales.
- Lead Conversion: A 20% commission will be awarded for converting leads supplied by Pikchabox’s inbound marketing efforts.
Commissions are calculated based on the net value of the first purchase made by the referred client after any discounts and before taxes.
4. Payment Terms Partners are required to submit an invoice for the total amount earned before any payments can be issued. Payments are made 30 days after the client signs up for a paid package. Partners must provide all necessary payment information and complete any required tax documentation before any payments can be issued.
5. Program Resources Partners will be given access to Pikchabox’s HubSpot account for resources such as email templates, onboarding and sign-up forms, and contact management tools. All resources provided by Pikchabox are proprietary and must be used solely for promoting Pikchabox services.
6. Marketing and Promotion Partners agree to use only approved marketing materials provided by Pikchabox and must adhere to brand guidelines. Any use of the Pikchabox name, logo, or other brand elements must be in accordance with our branding policies.
7. Termination and Cancellation Partners may discontinue their participation in the Pikchabox Partner Program at any time by notifying Pikchabox in writing. Upon receiving notice of cancellation, Pikchabox will deactivate the partner’s account. All earned but unpaid commissions will be paid on the next scheduled payment date following the termination of the partnership, provided all conditions for payment are met and an invoice has been submitted.
8. Limitation of Liability Pikchabox shall not be liable for any claims, damages, or lost profits that may arise from participation in the Partner Program.
9. Changes to Terms Pikchabox reserves the right to change, modify, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Notification of changes will be sent to all partners through their registered email addresses.
10. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Pikchabox is headquartered. Any disputes related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in this locale.
