Agreement for Pikchabox

This Terms of Service (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“Client” or “you”) and Pikchabox (“Company” or “we”) governing the use of our web development services. By signing up for any of our web development plans, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

1. Web Development Services

1.1. Pikchabox offers three web development plans: Pikchabox Launch Plan, Ecommerce Plan, and Developer Plan. Each plan includes specific features and benefits as outlined on our website.

1.2. The scope of our web development services may vary depending on the plan selected and the individual requirements of each project. Please refer to the plan details for more information.

2. Payment

2.1. Payment for the selected plan is due upon sign-up. We accept payment via our online payment gateway powered by stripe.

2.2. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in the Money-Back Guarantee section below.

3. Money-Back Guarantee

3.1. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all our web development plans. If you are not satisfied with our services for any reason within the first 30 days of signing up, you may request a full refund of the fees paid.

3.2. To request a refund, you must submit a written request to billing@pikchabox.com within the 30-day period. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the request.

3.3. The money-back guarantee does not apply if:

  • You breach any terms of this Agreement.
  • You have already received deliverables or services beyond the initial setup phase.
  • You fail to provide necessary information or cooperation required to complete the project.


4. Intellectual Property

4.1. All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, in any deliverables or materials created during the course of the web development project shall belong to the Client.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our web development services.

6. Governing Law

6.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is registered.

7. Entire Agreement

7.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Pikchabox regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings, whether oral or written.

By signing up for any of our web development plans, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
