Unless otherwise specified in writing, all content created as part of the campaign remains the property of Pikchabox until full payment has been received. Upon receipt of full payment, ownership and rights to the content will be transferred to the client.

7. Termination of Services:
Either party may terminate the campaign with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement. In such cases, any outstanding fees will become immediately due and payable.

8. Limitation of Liability:
Pikchabox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the services provided, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Pikchabox is registered. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
